Isaac Yiu

Managing Director

 

Isaac Yiu is a Partner and the founder of our firm.

 

Before establishing our firm, Isaac built a distinguished career across a Big Four accounting firm, a second-tier audit firm, and local professional practices. Over the years, he developed deep expertise in assurance and corporate advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients throughout the Greater China region. His experience spans trading, manufacturing, service, and charitable organisations, serving both private and public entities with a high level of professionalism and insight. From the outset of his career, Isaac has handled a broad range of audit, assurance, and taxation engagements for local and overseas clients, equipping him with a strong commercial perspective and a sophisticated understanding of complex business environments.

 

Isaac is a Practising Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

 

Annie Yip

Director

 

Annie Ip is a director of our firm.

 

She has worked with an audit firm since 2015 where she acquired valuable knowledge and professional experience in accounting and company secretarial services for both local and foreign entities.

 

She is skilled in conducting a wide range of accounting engagements, including those for trading, manufacturing, apparel, services companies, licensed corporations, non-profit organisations and other industries.

 

 

Cartha Lee

Director

 

Cartha is a director of our firm.

 

She has over 10 years of experience in the audit and taxation field, during which she has developed valuable knowledge and gained extensive professional experience in audit and assurance and taxation services for both local and overseas entities.  She has extensive experience in providing tax compliance services, as well as tax advisory services such as due diligence. She served large private companies and partnership clients.

 

Before joining our firm, Cartha spent more than 10 years at a second-tier accounting firm. She acquired substantial experience in audit, assurance, internal control reviews, and financial due diligence engagements, with a particular focus on Hong Kong and Mainland China. Over the years, she has managed numerous audit and assurance assignments for a broad range of clients, including trading, manufacturing, and service companies, SFC-licensed corporations, non-profit organisations, listed companies and IPO clients.
