SFAI (HK) CPA Limited is a full-service CPA member firm of SFAI Global and is based in Hong Kong. We offer a comprehensive range of professional services including audit, tax, risk management, merger and acquisition, ESG and sustainability consulting, human resources, business advisory and corporate restructuring to clients in the Greater China region, assisting Chinese enterprises to access the international capital markets and at the same time helping our international clients to establish presence in the vast Chinese market.
We have around 80 professional and supporting members with strong technical strength in our group. All our members are dedicated to serve our clients and attend to their business and professional needs. With the extensive resources and global support of SFAI Global, we are able to serve our clients on an international scale with local expertise. SFAI Global is a member of the Forum of Firms. The objective of the Forum of Firms is to promote consistent and high-quality standards of financial and auditing practices worldwide. Members in the Forum have confirmed that they have policies and methodologies with respect to transnational audits that are based, to the extent practicable, on International Standards on Auditing and conform to the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants’ Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants and national codes of ethics and that they maintain appropriate quality control standards in accordance with International Standards on Quality Control in addition to relevant national standards. Members have also confirmed that they conduct, to the extent not prohibited by national regulation, regular globally coordinated internal quality assurance reviews.
